I had this beauty for breakfast this morning. fat free raw vegan peach cobbler. Its amazingly sweet and very delicious and straight forward so I suggest you all go make one!

  • slice up 4 peaches (I did a combo of doughnut and regular with 1 nectarine) and place in a bowl
  • blend 2 peaches, 3 medjool dates and soaking water as needed to make the filling and pour over peaches, stir
  • pulse two handfulls of dried mulberries with 3 more dates and a sprinkle of cinnamon until sticky and sprinkle on top
  • optional: add blueberries
  • not optional: devour.
