Low fat raw vegan spaghetti ‘carbonara’ for dinner tonight!
- spiralize your zucchini (i do this first and lay on paper towels to dry)
- blend: 1/4 avocado, one small-medium zucchini, 2 sundried tomatoes, herbs (i used fresh from garden oregano, chives and thyme) water to blend
- optional would be adding some spicy peppers/cayenne/red pepper flakes
- sugar snap peas split open from the farmers market
- organic unsulphered salt free sundried tomatoes (from costco!)
