Low fat raw vegan spaghetti ‘carbonara’ for dinner tonight!

  • spiralize your zucchini (i do this first and lay on paper towels to dry)
  • blend: 1/4 avocado, one small-medium zucchini, 2 sundried tomatoes, herbs (i used fresh from garden oregano, chives and thyme) water to blend
  • optional would be adding some spicy peppers/cayenne/red pepper flakes
  • sugar snap peas split open from the farmers market
  • organic unsulphered salt free sundried tomatoes (from costco!)
